Does Frontier becoming Verizon change my Frontier Fiber Internet plan or services? Is there any action I need to take to retain my existing services?

I'm a Frontier home internet customer already. Will I automatically become a Verizon customer?

Yes, all Frontier Fiber Internet customers will be transitioned to Verizon Fios in the coming months. However, if you have a Frontier home internet service today, you will remain a Frontier customer and utilize their equipment, their app, and website to manage your plan, pay your bill and engage with support.

As Frontier integrates fully into Verizon, there will be changes to where you manage your account. Frontier and Verizon will be in contact directly to notify you of any changes in the coming months.

Current Frontier customers are eligible for deals, including discounts when buying a new Verizon mobile plan or bundling an existing one. New customers can sign up for a Verizon mobile plan while existing customers only need to connect their post-paid mobile & home internet accounts to get started.
