Nathan Mindeman
Chief Strategy Officer
Nathan Mindeman was named Chief Strategy Officer for Russell Cellular in 2021. In this role he leads the Operations, Sales Operations, and Marketing departments, and is responsible for guiding the company’s Learning and Development team. Nathan began his career with Russell Cellular in 1999 as a retail sales representative for the company’s sixth retail store, located in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. In 2002, Nathan was promoted to District Sales manager, and helped establish training guidelines and programs for new hires. In 2007, Nathan was promoted to Regional Sales Manager, a position he held until being promoted to Director of Operations in 2010 and joining the executive team headquartered in Battlefield, Missouri.
Nathan is dedicated to demonstrating upstanding character in his daily work. Always a contemplative and even-tempered leader, Nathan provides a steadying voice of reason in a fast-paced and ever-changing business climate. With over twenty years’ experience at Russell Cellular, Nathan relishes the role of company historian and acts as a compass helping to guide the course forward based on the principles the company holds true. Nathan has served as a panelist and guest speaker on industry and leadership topics.
Personal Background
Originally from North Carolina and raised in Arkansas, Nathan and his wife Laura now reside in Nixa, Missouri. They have 10 children (three of whom are adults), plus one granddaughter. Nathan enjoys spending quality time with his family, supporting youth sports, and celebrating Razorback and Golden Eagle victories. A graduate of John Brown University, Nathan serves at his local church, and is a member of the board for the Greater Springfield Area Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
