Layton Alsup serves as the Vice President of Executive Support for Russell Cellular, where she leads the Hospitality, Travel & Events, and RC Cares departments. In her role, she oversees vendor relationships and public relations initiatives while supporting major company projects and enterprise-wide strategic priorities. Layton is committed to developing high-performing teams that provide exceptional service to Executives and Home Office departments.

Layton has been part of her family’s business from a young age, assisting with store openings and special projects. After high school, she purchased and grew a day spa into an award-winning business, establishing herself as a successful entrepreneur. In 2019, she joined Russell Cellular’s executive leadership team full-time, bringing her passion for service, operational excellence, and culture-driven leadership to support the company’s continued growth and its positive influence on team members and local communities.

Personal Background

A Springfield, Missouri native, Layton now resides in Chicago with her husband. A devoted traveler who loves experiencing new cultures, she is also a wine enthusiast and foodie. Layton enjoys hosting friends and family and treasures her role as an aunt to seven nieces and nephews.
