Anthony Badalamenti
Area Vice President of Sales
Anthony Badalamenti is an Area Vice President of Sales for Russell Cellular, a position he has held since January of 2019. In this role, he is responsible for the day-to-day sales leadership of 4 Regional Directors, and 36 District Managers who oversee 850+ team members in 250+ retail locations in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Prior to joining Russell Cellular, Anthony had over 20 years of sales experience in the wireless industry, which includes owning his own wireless store, B2B and Indirect sales distribution for a major carrier, as well as managing technical service departments within multiple retail locations. In 2016, Anthony joined Russell Cellular as a Regional Director of Sales and was later promoted to the position of Area Director of Sales in 2017.
In 2019, Anthony earned his promotion to Area Vice President of Sales. During his time with Russell Cellular, Anthony’s market saw tremendous growth as he oversaw several acquisitions, integrated the retail locations, and onboarded new team members.
When Anthony joined Russell Cellular, he brought with him vast experience in retail and wireless and valuable lessons learned from his previous leadership positions. Anthony was delighted to find out that Russell Cellular did not simply advertise its company culture but delivered on it. Despite experiencing tremendous growth, he notes the company’s family-like atmosphere and core values remained unchanged. Personal integrity is essential to Anthony, and he leads his team by demonstrating the core values of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative, and Service.
Personal Background
A Brooklyn native, Anthony, his wife Doris, and their two sons reside in central New Jersey. He passionately supports St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Raine Foundation, a local organization that assists children and their families in crisis, and the JDJ Charitable Foundation. Additionally, Anthony is a dedicated participant in the Great Cycle Challenge, raising funds to combat childhood cancer through annual rides since September 2020. He enjoys traveling with his family and outdoor activities like mountain biking and golfing.
