

Kurt Reinhart
Vice President of Learning & Development
Kurt Reinhart is the Vice President of Learning and Development for Russell Cellular and has been with the organization since May of 2017. In his role Kurt designs and delivers learning content for all levels of the organization from store leadership to corporate executives. He also facilitates training programs and succession planning across the organization. He has played a crucial role in establishing Russell Cellular’s virtual training program and leadership development programs. Kurt brought more than 20 years’ experience in learning and development to Russell Cellular. He started this career path as a trainer for a men’s fashion line in NYC and went on to work all over North America and Europe as a learning and development specialist, consultant and business owner.
Kurt is one of the most energetic and charismatic people on the planet. He is passionate about people and committed to connecting with them and helping them create positive change. Through seemingly insurmountable personal challenges he has learned to lean into every situation, no matter how uncomfortable, to let go and let God guide him to what he needs to learn and where he needs to be. Kurt is a trusted leader, constantly developing learning opportunities for every person in the company to grow both personally and professionally. Kurt is an inspiration challenging us to evolve and share our influence with others.
Personal Background
Born and raised in Illinois, Kurt and his wife Shey along with their two daughters reside in Fort Collins, Colorado. His son and family (including grandson Jaxson) live in Van Buren, AR. Kurt is a supporter of Feed My Starving Children, a Christian non-profit organization that coordinates the packaging and distribution of food to people in developing nations; the Wounded Warrior Project; Samaritan’s Purse and the Mill City Church Men’s Group Brotherhood. Kurt enjoys cooking, being a “girl dad” and writing.
